Orders
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may happen. We may choose to not fill any order (or part of any order) you have placed where this website contains errors or inaccuracies, including, but not limited to, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies. If we choose to not fill any order (or part of any order) you have placed, we will refund you the monies you have paid to us relating to the goods or services we have chosen not to provide (including delivery relating to those goods or services).
Where your order relates to goods:
- risk in the goods will pass to you when we place the goods in the post or with another delivery service; and
- subject always to our right to choose not to fill any order (or part of any order) above, title to the goods will only pass to you once you have paid us the price relating to the goods (as specified in your order).
Payment and Pricing
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and GST (Goods and services tax) is charged.
Orders must be paid for in full prior to goods being shipped, with the exception of credit account customers, who will be required to pay in line with their payment terms.

Order totals are calculated in AUD and include GST in the total price. Delivery charges are based on flat fees and will be added to your purchase at checkout.
Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. We reserve the right to make changes to pricing at any time or amend due to human error, computer malfunction or incorrect data and reserve the right to cancel the order.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped from Leumeah NSW.
Items purchased will be charged at a flat fee, depending on the size of the item and your location, and this will added to your purchase at checkout.
We aim to have all orders shipped within 1-2 business days
All orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking will be forwarded to you via email, once your freight is booked.
Returns and Refunds
Items may be returned to Raptor at 2/2 Hollylea Rd, Leumeah, NSW 2560, Australia within 14 days of product receipt, at your expense. Please include a note with your name, order number, and instructions on whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Items must be in original packaging and condition, and in resalable condition, unless there is an item fault.
Before processing a return, please email sales@raptoris.com.au and advise why you wish to return your product so we can assist you with the most efficient method to process your return.
The original postage charge cannot be refunded, unless your order contains incorrect or damaged products.
Refunds will be refunded via the purchaser’s payment option. Refunds may take between 5 – 10 business days for funds to be available in the associated account.
Changes or Cancellation of Orders
You may be able to change or cancel your order if you advise us prior to your order being shipped. To see if your order can be changed, please email us at sales@raptoris.com.au.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to the Refunds and Returns Policy to arrange to return your order, should this be required and your reason qualify.
Prohibited conduct
In relation to the Website, you must not:
- use the Website for any activities or post or transmit via the Website, any information or materials which breach any laws or regulations, infringe a third party’s rights, or are contrary to any relevant standard or codes;
